If you wear heels all day long like I do, then chances are your feet are tired all the time. I literally wear heels all day long for no apparent reason. Whether I’m going to rehearsal, a meeting, to the store etc., I’m always in heels! Sometimes I do sacrifice and wear a pair that kill my feet just so they will go with a certain outfit and by the end of the day my feet are dead.
