Winter may be long gone but that doesn’t mean I still can’t wear booties. It rains a lot here in Florida especially during the Summer time so it’s a perfect time to take out the booties and strut around in them. Even if it’s not raining I just love the whole skinny jeans with booties look. However, should I mention that I also wear Ugg boots all year long especially around my house? I’m a boots lover and I can’t see why they aren’t worn all year long!
The RED Valentino “Velvet” Flocked Booties are a perfect example of a boot I would wear at anytime of the year. What’s not to love about these booties? It’s such a unique looking shoe and the flowers make the shoe look absolutely stunning. I’m a lace lover so the lace trim is the perfect finishing touch, for a shoe like this, to me. I could see myself wearing these booties with shorts, skinny jeans and maybe even a dress!
I consider myself a fashionable woman. I love feeling and looking glamorous so dressing up is always a must for me. Almost every day of the week you will find me dressed up and with my hair and makeup done. My Mother was the same exact way and she’s the reason why I am the way I am. With that said, if there’s one think I love it’s crystals! I actually prefer them over diamonds because they’re more affordable and they come in all different colors without breaking your bank account.
I was born on August 6th and I have to say that I’m proud to be a Leo! I’m definitely someone that follows the zodiac and horoscopes religiously and everything they state about a Leo usually fits me perfectly. I’m outgoing and crazy just like a Leo should be. If you believe in the zodiac, I think you would agree with me that it’s interesting to see how each sign is significantly different from one another.
Summer is almost here so that means fabulous designer sandals are starting to pop up in stores. I personally love wearing high heels sandals and wedges during the Summer. It’s extremely hot in Florida during the Summer months and sandals definitely come in handy.
At the moment I’m crushing over the Rachel Roy “Dal” Embellished Sandals. Wearing a button down shirt with shorts is a hot trend right now and I could totally see these beauties paired up with an ensemble like that. I could see a fashionista wearing these with shorts, a skirt, a dress or jeans.
I have never been a fan of sneakers but I have to admit that I do kind of like the Wedge Sneaker trend. I have never liked sneakers because I’m shot and they give me absolutely no height. Wedge sneakers are a short fashion lover’s dream and I think I need a pair! They definitely would make working out or walking long distances a little more fashionable. Did I really just say that?
I have been hearing a lot of good things about the iPhone 5. Sadly, I doubt I will be upgrading my phone any time soon. They are just so expensive and they always seem to become outdated the second you take it out of the box. Oh well, I still like looking at all the fun iPhone cases out there. I really like the simple hard plastic shell-style cases. They snap on without adding a lot of bulk. Just because they are simple doesn’t mean they are boring though! That is why I am loving this particular case. The sketched skulls are abstract and somewhat playful. I like how the white lines stand out against the black background. They create such a powerful impact without going over the top.

I’m very picky when it comes to what I wear. I have to look stylish at all times and I have to absolutely love what I see or I won’t buy it. Now when it comes to swimwear I’m even more pickier! Us women have to pick the absolute best suit that flatters our body and makes us look good! When I’m not feeling at my 100% best body I definitely tend to go toward one pieces. I currently own one, one piece swimsuit but I think I may want another! I seriously want the Norma Kamali “Mio” Swimsuit. For one thing it’s sexy but it looks like lingerie! It doesn’t even look like it would be a bathing suit and that’s why I love it!
I don’t know why, but I feel the urge to buy a new pair of sunglasses every year around this time. I guess nothing makes things feel more like summer than a brand new pair of sunnies! Normally I tend to lean towards brown ones (black always seems so harsh). This year though, I keep looking at more colorful styles. I am really liking the greens and the blues.
