Summer is almost here so that means fabulous designer sandals are starting to pop up in stores. I personally love wearing high heels sandals and wedges during the Summer. It’s extremely hot in Florida during the Summer months and sandals definitely come in handy.
At the moment I’m crushing over the Rachel Roy “Dal” Embellished Sandals. Wearing a button down shirt with shorts is a hot trend right now and I could totally see these beauties paired up with an ensemble like that. I could see a fashionista wearing these with shorts, a skirt, a dress or jeans.
If there is one style of shoe that I love to wear in the Spring and Summer it’s wedges! If I could I would wedges everyday but unfortunately they don’t go with every outfit. However, they do look incredibly adorable with sundresses and I’m dying to own a white pair.
When I saw the Versace “Platform” Wedge Sandals my mouth dropped. Even though the price almost gave me a slight heart attack they were everything I would looking for in a white pair of wedges.
I have never been a fan of sneakers but I have to admit that I do kind of like the Wedge Sneaker trend. I have never liked sneakers because I’m shot and they give me absolutely no height. Wedge sneakers are a short fashion lover’s dream and I think I need a pair! They definitely would make working out or walking long distances a little more fashionable. Did I really just say that?
I’m dying to start my shoe collection over so that it fits my current style. My current style is pretty classy and sophisticated and I want shoes that match my style. In reality I would love to have a closet full of Christian Louboutin‘s but that’s not possible right now so I’ve been looking into other brands. If I could have any shoe right now, I’d pick the Schutz “Iris” Shark Tooth Suede Sandals. I could seriously envision myself wear a fitted, sexy black dress with these shoes. These heels are gorgeous and who would have ever thought that gold shark teeth can make a shoe look so hot?
Mint is a very hot color right now and we are still seeing it all over the fashion world. Just last week I bought mint colored peplum and button down shirts. Both are gorgeous and I intend to wear them a lot! It’s definitely a beautiful color and it’s perfect for Spring! I’m currently on the hunt for mint heels but I have yet to find a pair that I love and that are reasonably priced. If money were no option, I’d buy the Cynthia Rowley “Triple Strap” Stingray Heels in a second! These are by far the most beautiful mint colored shoes I’ve seen yet and I would die to add them to my collection.
Every now and then you come across a shoe that is odd looking but yet intriguing. I have never liked the gladiator type of shoe but it did grow on me when it was incorporated on a wedge or high heel. When I saw the Alexander Wang “Aline” Sandals they kind of reminded me of gladiator style shoes but with a modern and edgy twist.
I’m not sure if I could ever rock these shoes but I won’t deny the fact that they are pretty awesome looking. Although, it does make me wonder if they are comfortable or not? Then again who cares I often sacrifice comfort for fashion.
I’m kind of sick of my shoe collection at the moment. I can’t even tell you the last time I bought a pair of shoes and I’m dying for a new pair. In fact, I need a whole entire collection. At the moment I’m working on a whole new wardrobe and once that’s done you better believe I’ll be getting shoes like there is no tomorrow.
A pair of shoes I wouldn’t mind owning at the Brian Atwood “Merritta” Sandals. These shoes are beyond sexy and I can envision so many different outfits I could wear them with. They would look great when paired up with skinny jeans, a skirt or even a dress. They’re really versatile and they can go with just about anything.
I wear high heels almost ever single day of the year. I’m addicted because I’m a little over five foot and I feel I need height to me so high heels help with that. I think I own one pair of sneakers and I’ve probably have had them since high school. I’m in dire need of a new pair but when I hate about sneakers is that they don’t help in the height department at all.
