My Mom got me an iPhone 5 this past Christmas and I can honestly tell you, I’m addicted to it. It’s the first iPhone I’ve ever owned and I love it to pieces. I’m literally texting on it all day long and I love all the different apps I can put on it. When I first got my phone, the very next day I went to Henri Bendel and purchased an adorable case with a girl walking down Fifth Avenue in New York with her Henri Bendel bags in her hand. It was cute, me and I loved it. However, just last week a friend surprised with a Audrey Hepburn “Breakfast at Tiffany’s case and now I’m obsessed with that one. Audrey Hepburn is one of my idols and when I saw the case I literally broke down in tears. It’s probably one of the most thoughtful gifts I’ve ever received.
I have been hearing a lot of good things about the iPhone 5. Sadly, I doubt I will be upgrading my phone any time soon. They are just so expensive and they always seem to become outdated the second you take it out of the box. Oh well, I still like looking at all the fun iPhone cases out there. I really like the simple hard plastic shell-style cases. They snap on without adding a lot of bulk. Just because they are simple doesn’t mean they are boring though! That is why I am loving this particular case. The sketched skulls are abstract and somewhat playful. I like how the white lines stand out against the black background. They create such a powerful impact without going over the top.

I’m a technology accessory freak! By that I mean, if I was loaded I’d have different cases for my iPhone and iPad for every day of the week. My personality and style are pretty out there and my accessories are always a reflection of me. At the moment my iPhone cover is a girl shopping down Fifth Avenue in New York and my iPad cover is pink and mint, which happen to be two of my favorite colors. However, my other two favorite colors are black and white and when I saw the Marc by Marc Jacobs “It’s Back” Tablet Case I squealed. I’m sure it’s not for iPad Mini but if it was made for the mini I guarantee you I would purchase it. I have yet to find designer accessories for the iPad mini which is a bummer but I’m sure we will start seeing them soon as the iPad mini gets more and more popular.
In December, I was on the hunt for an iPad mini. I was initially going to buy a regular iPad but after seeing the size and weight of the iPad mini, I opted for the mini. It’s much lighter and fits perfectly in my purse for school. After I purchased it, I raced home and looked online for a cute cover for it. I searched eBay and I found one that fit my personality perfectly. It was pink/mint and it looks adorable on my iPad. Now that I’ve seen the Diane von Furstenberg “Lips” iPad Book Cover I wish the designer brand would make it for the iPad mini! I’d have to say this one is definitely cuter that mine!

Just when I thought Tory Burch couldn’t get anymore fabulous, the designer brand makes an iPhone case! If I had an iPhone, I’d be purchasing this in a heartbeat. It’s simple but yet classy. Sometimes less is more and this case shows that.
Not too long ago, I wrote about the Jagger Edge Montana Studded iPhone Cover. I was head-over-heels in love! It made me want an iPhone, just so I could have that particular case. My post went over extremely well over on TBF. It even inspired a fellow TBFer to buy two of the covers for herself. My husband has been bugging me about getting new phones. His has a touch screen, but it doesn’t work very well. He has trouble getting rid of the little star at the top that means you missed a call/message, so sometimes it will just be stuck there. Since out carrier now has the iPhone, I’m thinking that is what he wants.
