I’ve always been a fan of wedges, especially espadrilles, for the Summer. I have one pair of KORS Michael Kors espadrilles and I wear them non-stop. The neutral color of the wedge allows you to wear it with almost anything. I personally think espadrilles look amazing with skinny jeans and shorts. They make your legs look longer and adds some Summer style to the shorts.
I’m loving the Philip Simon “Aviya” for one reason: they’re adorable! The pink, the bow, the tie laces everything about this shoe is so girlie that I love it. This is the type of espadrille I would pair with some shorts because they are way too cute to be below jeans or a pant. The shorts allow nothing to be seen but them, your legs and the shoes. I would call the “Aviya” a statement shoe and you definitely don’t want anything taking attention away from it. Keep your outfit minimal and allow the shoes to shine! So adorable and for such a great price!
