A lot of people tell me that they don’t like snakes. But you know what? I think they are kind of cute! I actually had a pet corn snake at one time and he was just the cutest thing ever. So when I saw the Jenny Bird Serpent Bangle, I was immediately thinking how cool it was! As you can probably guess from the name, this 18 karat gold plated bangle is in the shape of a serpent. His emerald green Swarovski crystal eyes are charming. Plus you get the feeling that he is a happy snake with that cute little smile on his face. But his mouth does more than just smile. It also appears to be serving as a clasp, where the tail end of the bangle is inserted into the mouth from the side. I also like how only the head and the tail have a scale pattern. The rest of the bangle was left smooth. I think this helps this piece look quirky and cute without being overly gaudy.
