Fringe on swimwear is certainly not a new thing. I know fringed suits have appeared in several Fashion Row posts in the past. So what is the appeal? I think the answer to that question is pretty obvious! Fringe is just plain awesome! It looks great on handbags and it looks great on swimwear.
