I love fashion that is out there and pushes the limit. That’s the exact thought that came to my head when I saw the A.L.C. “Cullun” Dress. By just glancing at the stock photo it looks like the sides of the dress are completely exposed. It looks as if your skin shows on the sides and then surrounded by a black spandex fabric. When you look at it closely that is not the case! The dress is black and nude giving you an optical illusion that your skin is showing, but it’s not!

This dress is classy, pretty but yet simple. It has a modern look to it and it’s not over the top. This is the perfect dress to wear for a date or an evening out. I would personally pair this dress up with a pair of black closed toe high heels or a black sophisticated high heeled sandal. Finish the outfit off with a stunning evening clutch and you have got yourself one stunning outfit!

I’m usually not a trendy person and I normally don’t follow trends. I like being different but I’m absolutely loving two trends these days, the peplum craze and the beautiful mint color that seems to be everywhere right now. Mint is just a naturally gorgeous color but anything peplum is uber cute. The trend is extremely classy, girly and feminine. I’m always the one in a group of women that is overly girly so it comes as no surprise that I love this trend.

I have a slight case of OCD or perhaps I just like being very clean. I’m rarely ever barefoot. I think when you walk barefoot you are just asking for germs to attack your feet and I’m not a fan of it. I will not walk barefoot anywhere, not even in my house. When I’m home I wear my Ugg boots religiously. As soon as I walk in my house or get out of the shower, I will put my Ugg boots on. The only time I take them off is when I’m getting into bed. They’re very comfortable but for someone like me who wears heels everyday, they make me look incredibly short.

I’m absolutely obsessed with this peplum trend that is going on right now. There’s peplum dresses, jackets, shirts and even skirts. I love it all! I recently bought a peplum shirt and I absolutely love it. It’s extremely girly, feminine but also very stylish. When I saw the alice + olivia Mint Peplum Dress my mouth dropped. Not only does it feature the fabulous peplum trend but it’s available in “mint”. “Mint” is one of my absolute favorite colors at the moment and alice + olivia did an amazing job designing a peplum mint colored dress.

I’m not a fan of bugs or reptiles. In fact, I’m pretty much scared to death of them. A lot of people have a fear of both which is pretty odd because if you think about it, we’re bigger than bugs and reptiles. I know I’m 100 times bigger than those little creatures and yet I’m terrified of them. It makes absolutely no sense to me! I don’t understand how I’m afraid of something so small but yet I can easily stomp on it with my foot and it would be dead in a second. Bugs probably laugh at us or think we’re crazy!

When it comes to fashion, I say the more unique an accessory is the better. My style is very classic an sophisticated but sometimes it’s fun to go a little over the edge. I’m not too fond of jewelry but if a piece is really different and eye catching, I’ll get it. With that said, when I saw the TOM BINNS “Bejeweled” Open Hoops my mouth dropped! They are totally out of my price range but they sure are pretty to look at.

I love shoes that are fierce and make a bold statement. If a shoe is stunning and also a show stopper, I most likely will splurge and get it. To me, shoes complete an outfit and the more unique mine are the better! I do love classic and timeless looking shoes as they can pretty much go with anything. However, it’s always fun to own shoes that look totally different than anything out there. I think, if you are wearing something that catches someone’s eye then it’s mission accomplished in the fashion department.

I’m a high heel addict. I love shoes that are different and unique looking. If the shoe is a show stopper and eye catching, then it’s instantly a favorite of mine. I’m not the type of person to buy shoes that everyone has or is a hot trend at the moment. Being like everyone else is definitely not a trait of mine, so when something is a tad bit different from the norm I usually like it. The Boutique 9 “Kaylie” Platform Pumps are a pair of shoes I’d buy in a heartbeat! I always love a zipper detail and I’ve never seen the teeth of a zipper along the bottom edge of a heel before! Talk about different but yet fabulous.
