RAW by Aster Detoxifying Cleanses – day 1

I have officially started the Raw by Aster “Five-Day Catwalk Cleanse.” I’m not new to cleansing and detoxes, in fact I’m just coming off of a 14 day Raw Vegan / Juice Detox and this Raw by Aster Catwalk is my grand finale ending.

So here’s my day one of following the steps of the program:

First thing I did this morning was chug a glass of warm lemon water, popped the Action (blend of vitamins like A, B6, B12, Milk Thistle, etc) and Revive (contains Triphala) pills. Then I made the Berry Basic Shake. The shake was pretty darn delicious. Strawberries, 2 scoops of vanilla Sleek powder, coconut milk and 1/2 scoop of RAW Fiber by Garden of Life. Yummm!

One thing is for sure, Michael Kors knows his watches. Every season he comes out with a handful of new styles that are each so beautiful. One of the latest just in time for summer is the Runway Time Teller Watch.

LAMB Ibbie Sandals

L.A.M.B. is one of my favorite designer shoe brands. The designs are always fierce, stunning and usually have a heel height of five inches or above. My current obsession is the L.A.M.B. “Ibbie” Platform Sandal primarily because I know they would look amazing with skinny jeans.

I love that the “Ibbie” is fairly simple buy boy does it make a statement. This platform is very edgy and it screams evening look to me. Of course you can wear “Ibbie” at any time of the day but to me they would make more of a statement at night. They have that sexy look to them that would complete red nail polish pedicure, but of course that’s just my opinion.

Incase Andy Warhol Marilyn Computer Case

I’ve always been an old school kind of gal. Sometimes I even think I was born in a different era. Frank Sinatra, Audrey Hepburn, Dean Martin and Grace Kelly are some of the people I admire. The fashion, mannerisms, and civility back then were much different than today. To me a lot of that classy etiquette and style is absent today. Even though we live in 2012, I still like to bring back that old school charm as much as I can. People always tell me I have an old soul, and I couldn’t agree more.

Shashi Danna Bracelet

Something must be wrong with me because lately I’ve been loving anything colorful. If you follow my blogs often you would know that I usually not keen on color. I love black, gold and white and let me mention that I’m definitely not morbid. I like to keep it classy, simple and colorless. However, I’ve been liking some colorful things lately so maybe my fashion mind is changing!

The Shashi “Danna” Bracelet is beautiful and guess what, shockingly I love it! I love the gold beads and the multi-colored cords make it perfect for Spring. The “Danna” Bracelet caught my eye because I’ve always been into those beaded bracelets that mean something. You know that ones that bring you luck or protect you from negativity. It reminds me of one of those it’s just more pretty and unique.

Boutique 9 Isabella Wedges

There has been an invasion of blue, it’s literally everywhere! Shockingly I don’t mind it and I’m obsessed with this cobalt color. It’s fierce, sexy and looks amazing on pretty much anything. I just bought a Guess? bandage dress that is black/cobalt striped and it’s beautiful. Black is always an elegant color but when cobalt is added to the mix it really makes an outfit standout more.

Tory Burch Reva Ballet Flats

I love when I’m able to write about items that I personally own. That way I can give you all a real review about the product than just telling you what I like about something by looking at the picture. Today I bring you the Tory Burch Nappa Leather “Reva” Ballet Flats and yes, I own these! I’ll be perfectly honest, I’m not someone that likes flats. I love heels and I wear them everyday. However, when my feet start to hurt I whip out my flats and I always wear flats on Sundays. Sundays are my relaxation days so I hardly ever wear heels unless their is a special event I’m going to.

Alexander McQueen Studded Wood Wedges

My style is more classy and sophisticated now but I do love to dress edgy every now and then. The inner me will always love studs, skulls and anything rocker style. The Alexander McQueen Studded Wood Wedges are killer and would look amazing with a pair of form fitting black skinny jeans. I adore skinny jeans because they are simple but yet stylish. They also have the ability to make a pair of heels really stick out because of their simplicity.
