I’ve always agreed with the saying “Less is more” because sometimes that really is true. Sometimes it is better to be less over the top, to wear less makeup, to be less of anything. Sometimes I think shoes with so much going on them are fabulous but a majority of the time I seem to fall in love with the classic, sophisticated, simple looking heel. No wonder why I’m in love with Christian Louboutin heels.

When I saw the Pour La Victoire Aria: Sling Back Platform Pumps I was instantly in love. They are so simple but yet so gorgeous and classy at the same time. These shoes would look absolutely beautiful with a simple pair of skinny jeans and a white top. A minimal outfit always looks amazing with shoes that don’t have much pizazz to them but yet are still fabulous. Overall, each color this shoe comes in makes it look stunning and the “Aria” get’s an A+ in my book. I want them!

Every woman wants to feel sexy. If a woman says she doesn’t care if she looks sexy or not she’s lying. All women want to feel sexy and wanted. Whether it’s knowing a man loves you or just dressing up sexy and knowing everyone is looking at you, looking sexy is always a great feeling.

I think one of the most sexiest things a woman can wear is a corset. A corset oozes sexiness. I mean face it if they didn’t, pin up’s from then and now wouldn’t wear them. When I saw the Betsey Johnson “Dita” I instantly thought of Dita von Teese. She’s the most famous burlesque star and she’s known for always wearing a sexy corset.

The “Dita” literally looks like a mini corset that was tied up on the heel. I’ve seen these shoes before in black and they are absolutely gorgeous in person and would look amazing with a mini black dress! Definitely a sexy shoe for a sexy night out on the town.

If you wear heels all day long like I do, then chances are your feet are tired all the time. I literally wear heels all day long for no apparent reason. Whether I’m going to rehearsal, a meeting, to the store etc., I’m always in heels! Sometimes I do sacrifice and wear a pair that kill my feet just so they will go with a certain outfit and by the end of the day my feet are dead.

I discovered the Sonoma Lavender Paste Paisley Spa Booties and I thought they were a brilliant idea. Face it, most of us can’t get a massage everyday so it’s really cool to see a pair of booties that improve circulation. The color and style may be a little bit much bit these booties are a clever idea and the price is amazing! I’m considering purchasing a pair of these to see if they work! Who doesn’t get achy feet? Just put on some lotion, slip on these babies and your feet may feel that much better! Sounds pretty awesome to me!

I personally love black heels and I can never get enough of them. I don’t care what style they come in, I just love black heels. To be exact I have over 100 pairs of black heels, each one looks significantly different and they all go with different outfits.

One pair in my collection that I absolutely love is by Steven Madden. They are black with little cutouts all over the shoe. Kind of looks like a perforated type of shoe but with much more style. Anytime I see a shoe or handbag that’s perforated I love it for some odd reason.

The L.A.M.B. “Lively” is probably the prettiest and classiest perforated shoe I’ve seen in a while. Perforated was a trend a couple years ago and I haven’t seen too many perforated things since then but these shoes are pretty fabulous looking. Definitely the type of shoe I’d wear anytime of the day, with just about anything. Always good to add a versatile designer shoe to any overflowing heel collection.

If there are two things I love it’s Alexander McQueen and anything that is black with gold studs. Alexander McQueen is one of my all time favorite designers and all I wear is black and white so black accessories with gold hardware go well with my wardrobe.

When I laid my eyes on the Alexander McQueen Gold Studded heels I was in heaven! They matched pretty much everything I own and had a very edgy style. They kind of reminded me of the Steve Madden “Caryssa“, which is a shoe that I absolutely adore, but the McQueen brand took it up a notch and added fabulous studs to the heel.

I can totally envision myself wearing these shoes around New York City. In New York I walk in streets in high fashion and these shoes would look stunning at night. Of course, I would pair them up with leggings or black skinny jeans. The shoes have a rocker chick look so you would want to be sure that your outfit compliments them well. Overall, if these shoes were a little cheaper I’d buy them in a heartbeat! Sale soon? I sure hope!

Summer will be here sooner than we know it and there is nothing I like more than buying sandals! Sandal heels or wedges of course since flats aren’t in my vocabulary. When I came across the Nelly Venturi Beaded Wedge Slide my mouth dropped. They look a little different than your average wedge but my gosh are they beautiful!

I absolutely love how there are so many different neutral colors incorporated in this shoe. That gives you the ability to pair it up with so many different outfits. Versatile shoes always get an A+ in my fashion book. Also, the beaded detail is a gorgeous feature added to the shoe. When I first saw the wedge I thought it would of been by Coach because this is definitely a shoe we would see in their collection.

These shoes would look amazing with a pair of brown shorts or even brown leggings. I don’t own shorts or leggings in brown but if I were to get these shoes I’d buy some in a heartbeat! Overall it’s a stunning shoe and I’m still drooling!

I love heels and in the Summer I think espadrilles are fun to wear. Combine both of those together and you have the Sam Edelman “Novato” Slingback Pump. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a shoe like this and it’s quite unique looking. From the front it’s as if it would be an espadrille but from the back it looks like a heel! Makes you wonder if it’s comfortable or difficult to walk in? Then again, I guess you would just call the front of the shoe a platform and it makes it no different than what we see in the stores.

When I think of espadrilles, I instantly think of a Spring or Summer shoe. I would never wear them in the Fall or Winter unless I was at some tropical island that was hot all year long. I love the “Novato” because it really does mix it up and makes it look way different than the modern day espadrille. You might be even to get away with wearing it more often. It’s definitely an interesting shoe to have and would look amazing with a pair of shorts.
