If you were to ask me right now, which is my favorite bag in my collection, hands down it’s my Balenciaga Giant Hardware City. It’s the perfect go-to bag for whatever the occasion. From city life to concerts and nightlife, it’s the perfect companion.

What is it about the Alexander McQueen skull print that attracts such a fan base? I have a few McQueen skull scarves in my collection and look forward to finding the next color that will call my name. There are just so many choices out there.

Just now while doing my weekly browse, I noticed that over at Zappos they added a few new Alexander McQueen scarves since I last checked. The one that caught my eye is the new “Skull Lace Scarf!”

What’s so special about this scarf, as it is hard to tell from the picture, is that the background design is lace which gives off a smoke-effect. Kinda cool. And lace, if you didn’t know by now, is going to be a huge trend for Fall!

The girls over at TBF clued me in to one of the most versatile fashion accessories I have ever laid eyes on. What is it, you ask? Lovequotes Scarves… of course! And they are absolutely wonderful! Maxi dresses are such a hot style right now. They are casual and cool (temperature-wise). And they offer a simple, one-piece dressing option that is perfect for the summer months. But when I saw the Bread and Butter Tie Me Up Maxi Dress, I was somewhat horrified. In the modeling picture, the model is wearing the dress in what appears to be a size or two too big. Quite frankly, she looks like a patient in the psychiatric ward. Then I saw pictures of Halle Berry wearing the exact same dress and… wow! It looks so great on her! Spotted: Entourage cutie Sloan McQuewick, played by Emmanuelle Chriqui walking the red carpet at last night’s ESPY Awards show, rocking a chic black leather and chiffon dress and the Vita Fede’s leather and sterling silver plated “Baz” Cuff accessorized on the wrist.

As a college student, it’s no surprise that I saw TOMS on the feet of many of my classmates. When I first laid eyes on them though, I was utterly perplexed. I mean, they aren’t the most attractive shoes I have ever seen. But people don’t wear these shoes because they think they are fashionable. They wear them because they are the most comfortable shoes they have ever worn.

They are soft and cushy. Plus they apparently have a lot of arch support. They may not look like it, but they make excellent walking shoes (perfect for those long treks across campus). But this isn’t even the best part!

TOMS has this really cool charity program, which began when the company was founded in 2006. For each pair of shoes purchased, TOMS donates a pair of shoes to a child in need. And since many children in developing countries grow up without owning a single pair of shoes, you can understand what an important cause this is. I can’t imagine going even an entire day without shoes, can you?

Button-down shirts are super hot right now! But what is so cool about this trend is the variety that is out there! Silk or denim? Plaid or floral? Short sleeve or long sleeve? So many choices! How could you possibly pick just one? Anything goes with this trend and it has been so much fun seeing what all of the different designers have been coming up with. But what I am finding is that most of these button-down shirts are anything but ordinary! From girlie touches to feminine silhouettes, no one will think you have been rummaging through your boyfriend’s closet! Take these two lovely pieces, for example. On the left, we have the Equipment Signature Washed Silk Blouse. This floaty top is so luxurious, you’ll want to dress it up for a night out on the town!
